For the best chance of receiving your order by Christmas, we recommend ordering as early as possible. Based on Australia Post’s guidelines, here are the estimated cut-off dates for each state.     Australia Post eParcel Info

    Australia Post will not accept any 'Authority to Leave' requests. If you're not home they will leave a card and drop the package at a local Post Office for you to collect.

    Australia Post will deliver to PO Box addresses.

    Please note that Australia Post say we must allow ten days after the final day of expected delivery before contacting them to lodge a formal investigation into an overdue delivery. The investigation can take up to five business days to be resolved.

    If an item is deemed to be "Delivered" on Australia Post tracking information, and for some reason you have still not received your order, please contact them directly.

    Excellent customer service

    I bought the wrong part and was chatting to a customer service representative online. He found me the correct part online and when I asked if I could exchange it, he actually just offered to post me the correct part for free! amazing!
