Price Match Promise

If you find a Micro product for less somewhere else, we’ll match that price.*

Read the Terms & Conditions below and then email us at info@microscooters.com.au with the following information:
  1. Link to the product on the website you'd like to price match
  2. Your phone number
  3. Your shipping address
  4. Any other products you'd like us to add to your order (your order cannot be changed/added to once we process it)

We will then email you an order with a link to complete the purchase online.

*Terms and Conditions

  • We’ll need to verify the sale price at the time of your request, so make sure you have the link, a screenshot, or a copy of the catalogue to show us.
  • The price must be currently available at the time of contacting us, and the product must currently be in stock on both their website and ours.
  • We can only price match identical products (this includes the colour and size) and only from stores within Australia.
  • We do not price match third-party resellers.
  • The price match is to be inclusive of any delivery charges.
  • We'll only match prices available to the general public; club/VIP/special membership discounts are not included.
  • We match the final discount price, not the discount level.
  • The price match cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
  • Need a price match on the weekend or public holiday? Take a screenshot of the discounted price you've found and email it to us with the information listed above. We'll get back to you when we're back in the office.
