Community Fundraising & Sponsorship

Micro believes in supporting the communities in which we operate. Through our product sponsorship programme, we help schools, early-learning centres, sporting groups, hospitals, community organisations and not-for-profits raise funds and create meaningful opportunities for children and families.

We are particularly interested in supporting events and initiatives that encourage:

  • Active play, sport and fitness

  • Health and wellbeing

  • Road safety and sustainable transport

  • Education and child development

  • Stronger, more connected communities

This may include school fetes, family fun days, raffles, auctions, P&C events, Ride2School activities, transport and safety programmes, and other community fundraisers.

What We Prioritise

As we receive a high number of requests and have a limited number of products available, priority is generally given to applications that:

  • Reach a broad group of children, families or members of the wider community

  • Have a clear connection with active play, movement, education or sustainable transport

  • Provide a strong fit between the event audience and the Micro product range

  • Clearly explain expected attendance and wider promotional reach

  • Use the donated product as a featured raffle, auction or event prize

  • Raise funds for a project that will create an ongoing benefit for the community

Providing this information does not guarantee sponsorship, but it helps us assess where our support can make the greatest impact.

Types of Support

Depending on the application and available budget, Micro may offer:

Product sponsorship
A Micro scooter or related product for a raffle, auction, prize or community initiative.

Discount voucher support
A single-use discount voucher that may be used towards a Micro purchase or included as a fundraising prize.

Micro does not provide cash sponsorship.

What We Ask in Return

For product sponsorships, we ask that the recipient:

  • Uses the Micro logo and links to www.microscooters.com.au in communications relating to the event or prize

  • Promotes the donated product as a Micro scooter and includes the product name where possible

  • Display the scooter fully assembled and outside its packaging at the event with the provided QR code for our website

  • Provide photographs and a short summary after the event, including attendance and fundraising results where available

Reviews occur monthly, so please submit your application as far in advance as possible due to capped sponsorship availability. Given our high volume of requests, ensure all relevant details are included to support your application.
