Christmas order deadlines
⚠️ We're currently experiencing a high number of orders and delays are expected. Rest assured, our warehouse is working around the clock to send out orders as quickly as possible. Please note that we unfortunately cannot:
- Fast track your order
- Upgrade to Express Shipping after your order has been received by the warehouse
- Give you further information about the status of your order once a tracking code has been assigned - please follow up directly with AU Post.
If delivery deadlines are a concern, don't forget you can buy Micro products directly from a stockist near you. Thanks for your understanding and patience.
For the best chance of receiving your order by Christmas, we recommend ordering as early as possible. Based on Australia Post’s guidelines, here are the estimated cut-off dates for each state. Please note these are estimates only, and ordering by these dates does not guarantee delivery by Christmas. By ordering close to these dates, you accept the risk of possible delays.

- Cut off time for this service is 8am AEST daily.
- Delivery is usually Next Business Day for metro areas, but due to AusPost service delays this may take longer. Their Next Day Guarantee has been temporarily suspended, see updated estimated delivery times below.

Australia Post eParcel Info
Australia Post will not accept any 'Authority to Leave' requests. If you're not home they will leave a card and drop the package at a local Post Office for you to collect.
Australia Post will deliver to PO Box addresses.
Please note that Australia Post say we must allow ten days after the final day of expected delivery before contacting them to lodge a formal investigation into an overdue delivery. The investigation can take up to five business days to be resolved.
If an item is deemed to be "Delivered" on Australia Post tracking information, and for some reason you have still not received your order, please contact them directly.
