    Australia Post eParcel Info

    Australia Post will not accept any 'Authority to Leave' requests. If you're not home, they will leave a card and drop the package at a local Post Office for you to collect.

    Australia Post will deliver to PO Box addresses.

    Please note that Australia Post says we must allow ten days after the final day of expected delivery before contacting them to lodge a formal investigation into an overdue delivery. The investigation can take up to five business days to be resolved.

    If an item is deemed to be "Delivered" on Australia Post tracking information, and for some reason you have still not received your order, please contact them directly.

    Everything You Need to Know

    Returning an Item

    • Keep proof of postage for all returns. 
    • Repackage the item properly, including exterior protection, to prevent damage during transit. 
    • We can only accept returns if the product is in a saleable condition. The item must be: 
      • Unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging. 
      • Returned within 60 days of delivery.

    Delivery Costs

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any redelivery fees. 
    • We do not refund initial shipping fees or credit card charges. 

    Change of Mind  

    • We do not accept returns if you change your mind. 

    Refunds 

    Refunds will be processed as follows:

    • If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will refund the full product price and the shipping cost
    • For any other reason, only the product cost will be refunded.

    Exchanges

    • If there's a price difference for exchanged products, let us know how you'd prefer to pay or be refunded.

    Damaged or Faulty Goods

    • You can return items that are damaged or faulty upon delivery.
    • If we determine the item is faulty, normal warranty conditions apply, and you are responsible for following warranty instructions.
    • Once we confirm the product is defective, we'll either send a replacement (subject to availability) or refund the product and original delivery costs via your original payment method.

    • Allow up to 14 days for refunds after we receive the returned item.

        Such a great scooter!

        This scooter is so fun and my 5 year old loves it! It’s the perfect transition from the 3 wheeler and the berry pink colour is superb. Cannot fault the quality of Microscooters! Definitely worth every penny.

        Epic buy!

        These were so great for my 6 and 4 year old for Xmas. They arrived so quickly, set up was fine in 2 mins and the kids absolutely loved them when we took them on our yearly fam holiday camping. Me and hubby even jumped on them for a scoot aswell. Loved the big wheels that make it feel so much more controlled when going over uneven concrete surfaces. Great buy!

        Micro Cruiser 2‑Wheel Scooter (Red) Review

        Tate is obsessed with his new scooter! The big wheels make every ride super smooth, even over bumps, and the wide handlebars give him so much control and confidence.

        It’s lightweight, easy to fold, and adjusts as he grows—so it’s built to last. The bright red colour looks amazing and definitely turns heads at the park.

        A brilliant scooter for kids ready to level up to two wheels. Tate gives it two thumbs up!
