    Australia Post will not accept any 'Authority to Leave' requests. If you're not home, they will leave a card and drop the package at a local Post Office for you to collect.

    Australia Post will deliver to PO Box addresses.

    Please note that Australia Post says we must allow ten days after the final day of expected delivery before contacting them to lodge a formal investigation into an overdue delivery. The investigation can take up to five business days to be resolved.

    If an item is deemed to be "Delivered" on Australia Post tracking information, and for some reason you have still not received your order, please contact them directly.

    Everything You Need to Know

    Returning an Item

    • Keep proof of postage for all returns. 
    • Repackage the item properly, including exterior protection, to prevent damage during transit. 
    • We can only accept returns if the product is in a saleable condition. The item must be: 
      • Unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging. 
      • Returned within 60 days of delivery.

    Delivery Costs

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any redelivery fees. 
    • We do not refund initial shipping fees or credit card charges. 

    Change of Mind  

    • We do not accept returns if you change your mind. 

    Refunds 

    Refunds will be processed as follows:

    • If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will refund the full product price and the shipping cost
    • For any other reason, only the product cost will be refunded.

    Exchanges

    • If there's a price difference for exchanged products, let us know how you'd prefer to pay or be refunded.

    Damaged or Faulty Goods

    • You can return items that are damaged or faulty upon delivery.
    • If we determine the item is faulty, normal warranty conditions apply, and you are responsible for following warranty instructions.
    • Once we confirm the product is defective, we'll either send a replacement (subject to availability) or refund the product and original delivery costs via your original payment method.

        This scooter is absolutely incredible - the adjustability and versatility is amazing especially for my super tall boy! He loves to scoot around but I love the option of the push handle for when his little legs they tired! It was so quick and easy to assemble! Took less than 3 minutes start to finish! Amazing

        Absolute game changer! SO easy to assemble and be ready to go!

        We LOVE our new scooter! The best part was it took under 3 minutes to unbox, assemble and be ready to roll… which is super handy when your toddler wants it NOW!

        River is almost 2 and super tall and the adjustability is out standing! He won’t grow out of this anytime soon! 5/5 stars from us!

        12mth old loves it!

        Our 12mth old wasn’t interested in putting her feet up on the bar and just uses her feet to move it along. She loves being like her siblings and being part of it. Definitely recommend!

        We’ve been trying out the Micro Rock & Go Mini Deluxe LED with our 2 yo and it’s been such a lovely addition to our afternoons. The three-wheel design gives so much stability, which took the stress out of letting him have a go without me hovering the whole time — perfect for a beginner still building confidence.

        The LED wheels are a genuine highlight in our house. They light up as they scoot and it’s turned into a proper motivator to get outside, even after a long day. The lean-to-steer mechanism is intuitive too — it didn’t take long at all to get the hang of it, and now it’s second nature.

        Build quality feels solid and it’s held up well to regular outdoor use — footpaths, the park, our driveway. It’s compact enough to store easily and light enough for little arms.

        If you’re after a first scooter that’s genuinely fun rather than just functional, this one’s earned its spot in our daily routine.
