Returning an Item
- Keep proof of postage for all returns.
- Repackage the item properly, including exterior protection, to prevent damage during transit.
- We can only accept returns if the product is in a saleable condition. The item must be:
- Unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging.
- Returned within 60 days of delivery.
Delivery Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any redelivery fees.
- We do not refund initial shipping fees or credit card charges.
Change of Mind
- We do not accept returns if you change your mind.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will refund the full product price and the shipping cost
- For any other reason, only the product cost will be refunded.
Exchanges

Q: What makes the Neochrome version different?
A: Two things. The neochrome finish is a shimmering, colour shifting metallic coating applied to the T-bar and brake, so the scooter changes tone as it catches the light. It also folds. The rest of the ride is the Maxi Micro Deluxe you already know, including the motion powered LED wheels and the silicone injected lean to steer deck.
Q: How does the folding mechanism work?
A: The scooter folds flat in one smooth motion. Release the mechanism, fold the handlebar down, and it is ready to store or carry. At 2.8kg it is light enough for most children to carry themselves. Folded, it fits easily in a car boot, under a school desk, or in a cupboard at home. The handlebar is not removable.

A: The Maxi Micro Deluxe Foldable LED Neochrome is tested to withstand a rider weight of up to 70kg. The scooter is certified to the EU norm of 50kg, as this is the standard increment for a scooter in this category, with the next increment being 100kg. In practice this means the scooter is built and tested well beyond the weight it is certified to carry.
Q: What height are the adjustable handlebars?
A: The handlebars adjust from 68cm to 91cm, making the scooter suitable for children between 110cm and 152cm tall. That range covers most children from around age 5 through to age 12, so one scooter sees them through the primary school years without needing a replacement.
Q: Do the LED wheels need batteries?
A: No. The LED wheels are powered by dynamo technology, which generates light from the motion of the wheels as your child rides. There are no batteries to replace and nothing to charge. The lights also improve visibility in low light, which is useful on dark winter mornings and afternoon rides home.
